            Welcome to Go Dreams Holidays. Your privacy and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. By using our services and confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
            Booking & Payment Terms
            Booking Confirmation
            A 50% advance payment (excluding airfare) is required to confirm your booking. All necessary documents (including for Air Tickets, Cruise, Visa, and Hotel bookings) must be submitted at the time of payment.
            Full Payment Deadline
            
                - International Trips: Full payment must be completed at least 24 days before departure.
 
                - Domestic Trips: Full payment must be completed at least 10 days before departure.
 
            
            Final Documentation
            Final documents, including air tickets, hotel and tour vouchers, will be provided within 3 days before the journey date.
            Travel Information & Guidelines
            
                - Entry & Exit Points: Subject to availability depending on the selected date and flight schedule.
 
                - Itinerary Adjustments: Changes may occur due to climate, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
 
                - Tour Timings: Tentative. Final timings will be confirmed one day prior to the tour.
 
                - PVT Mode: Private, point-to-point transfers only.
 
                - Missed Pickups: Guests must reach the attraction independently.
 
                - Hotel Lobby Arrival: Be present at least 10 minutes before scheduled departure.
 
            
            Post-Booking Responsibility
            After booking confirmation, the salesperson holds no further responsibility. The operations team will coordinate and share day-wise tour details.
            Final Document Responsibility
            Once final documents are issued, Wowidays is not liable for any client or airline changes. Airline refund or cancellation policies will apply.
            Date/Package Change Requests
            Requests must be emailed with valid reasons at least 30 days in advance. Paid amounts can be reused within one year for a tour of the same or higher value.
            Seat Preferences
            Specific seat selection is chargeable and subject to availability.
            Rate Validity
            Prices are not valid on blackout dates and may vary dynamically.
            Hotel Check-in/Check-out
            
                - Check-in: 2:00 PM
 
                - Check-out: 12:00 PM (or 10:00 AM in some cases)
 
                - Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability.
 
            
            Child Policy
            Children under 12 years are considered without bed and breakfast. Age criteria may vary by country.
            Cancellations & Refunds
            Refund Policy
            No partial or full refunds will be issued for unutilized services.
            Cancellation Charges
            
                - 30+ days before departure: 25% of the total cost
 
                - 20–29 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
 
                - Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of the total cost
 
            
            These charges are in addition to hotel, airline, cruise, and transporter cancellation policies.
            Cancellation Process
            Email Go Dreams Holidays with your booking reference number and passenger names to request a cancellation.
            General Terms
            
                - If booking and payment conditions are not met, the company reserves the right to change travel dates, reduce itinerary inclusions, or forfeit the tour.
 
                - Offers and deals (such as early bird discounts) may be dynamic and subject to availability.
